Happy December

hello all, welcome to December and hopefully winter!  bridges natural foods will be closed for our annual ski break/holiday fun from December 24 through January 2.  We will be open again January 3.


There will be the natural factors winter flyer sale starting January 7 until February 4.  it looks like it should be a good one with lots of great pricing on health essentials.

Well its November

Did anyone notice that as soon as November rolled around the wind began to blow?  Time for some warming tea, and hearty soups.

I am setting up the discounts for the Midnight Maddness Event happening Friday the 19.  We will be open late, and out to watch the parade of lights as they make their way through town.  

We will have the tea kettle on if you would like to join us for a cup as you shop.  We will be open until 10:30pm.

From the Kooteney's this week we have the lemony Antoinette's hummus and tapanade, exhilerating oso negro coffee, fresh salsa, and the Silver King Soy tofus and cutlets.  


I saw Neil from the Alberta Bison Ranch earlier this week, as he brought us some very fresh ground bison.  He was wondering if i knew of anyone wanting large quantities of bison.  Let be know if you would like more details or are interested in big amounts of bison meat.


We have a fair amount of Fairwinds Goat Yogurt and Chevre in now and we will have fresh Goat Milk and products on Tuesday November 9.

Happy Election Day Monday

Welcome to this fine day

As we unpacked all this good food this morning i was dreaming up good things for dinner.  I am in full on fall cooking mode, dreaming of creamy carrot ginger soup topped with a bit of chevre or mushroom stuffed squash with apple juice sweetened cranberries.  Yumm

Wednesday we will have Fairwinds Goat Yogurt, Milk, Chevre, and Gouda.  Today we have Homogenized and 2% Valley Pride cow milk, as well as butter, emmental cheese, mild cheddar, and the Creston Made Alpindon mountain cheese.   All very decadent and delicious.
